In case you haven’t tried these delicious pizzas yet, here’s the rundown on Defina: they’re based in the Roncesvalles neighbourhood of Toronto with a second location in the north end of the Junction Triangle. They first opened their doors in 2011 and have been creating high quality, delectable Napoletana pizzas ever since. Defina makes classic wood-fired pizzas with four unique signature crusts, and their pies have won several awards at the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas.
